An established aerospace company in Tacoma is looking to add CNC Programmer to their growing team.
This growing company provides manufacturing and assembly of complex, mission-critical component systems. With multiple facilities, this location specializes in Complex, Mission Critical Hard Metals, and high-speed aluminum machining.

CNC Programmer Responsibilities:
- Read and translate drawings and electronic data into CNC part programs.
- Develop 3, 4 and 5 axis NC programs using Siemens NX.
- Perform tests to ensure products meet design specifications and adjust if necessary.
- Create setup and properly instruct machine operators on the loading and execution of NC programs.
- Support AS9100 Audits and ensure compliance with established standards.
You will be successful in this role if you have strong CNC Programming experience and are looking for a long-term, stable position.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible day shift schedule.
CNC Programmer Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of CNC Programming experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of CNC programming languages.
- Experience working with 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis, multi-spindle, or single-spindle CNC machines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerancing.
- Experience with Siemens NX/Unigraphics is highly desired.
Compensation: $55.00 – $60.00 an hour.
